Q: Can't contact support at all
I have tried to use the chat widget on the website and when you try to open it nothing appears. I went to the contact us page and filled out the contact us form and got the following message 'No action has been set for this form'. How do we contact anyone with questions or concerns? And I'm curious if there is any way to enable dark mode for the admin / client portal? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the site except in the user guide section.

Jul 3, 2025A: That's surprising because we are getting 30-40 new messages in support chat every day. There was a bit of a cache issue in the website, so that might have caused it. See if clearing cache solves it otherwise just shoot us an email at support@agencyhandy.com
