All of the data we have are encrypted. No one including us can access it. We are going through GDPR compliance now too get that added confidence. We have all the best processes in place already.\u000a\u000aYes languages are workspace specific \u000a\u000aNot yet. We have plans for email automation once we build our support system with chat and email.\u000a\u000aNo we can\u0027t send sms and won\u0027t go into that anytime soon .\u000a\u000aEmployees can\u0027t see any client info\u000a\u000aRight now clients will only see their orders and files. But you can have tasks where you upload files and don\u0027t give them access. We have plans of making the side bar customizable so you can hide certain features for particular clients\u000a\u000aYou can embed the whole catalog in your website

Thank you Rashik appreciate the info here it answers my questions. One more question can we embed our own apps/ chat bot on your tool via iframe for example? Chat bot to be a support to clients when we are offline \u0026 other apps like website analytics or campaign performance dashboard for clients to see when they log in which we embed from somewhere else

\u002D Technically we can. Legally we can not. It\u0027s always in DB. Only authorized person have access to the DB.\u000a\u002D Yes of course. \u000a\u002D Not a highly requested feature. But you can add this in our roadmap.\u000a\u002D No, again you can add those in the roadmap\u000a\u002D yes, you can control the access and downloading material for the clients.\u000a\u002D Yes, you can embed those in your own website.
