Q: Hide services.

Hey, is there a way to hide certain services from being displayed? I sometimes charge different prices for the same product depending on the client, and I’d prefer they not see the price variations.

Does it offer email hosting for those email addresses, with POP3/IMAP/SMTP support? Or is the custom email address meant only for sending notifications and messages generated by your platform? Having proper email hosting included in the package would certainly be "handy".... There is already file storage and email sending, so maybe it would be possible.

I currently use Kitchen.co and like the fact that I can have a discussion board with each client. It's kind of like a private chat where we can discuss the project and share files. How does your software handle this? I see that you have a ticket system, but I don't want to necessarily have to have an open ticket in order to chat with the client.
