Q: IM SEEING A BIG REDFLAG IN THE SYSTEM..NO email notification

I have been testing this software for almost 2 weeks now and my greatest dissapointment is the fact that there is no email notification when someone sugn up or a customer create a ticket. This is a serious case. I DONT WONT TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW .. I HOPE IT WILL BE FIX ASAP...
