The platform is really almost perfect. I love everything about it but the lack of AI compatibility. If you are open to taking suggestions, webhook/mcp connections must take priority regarding your current developments. Not having agents built in is one thing I feel users can look past (altough sites like clickup have them built already for free) but not having a connection for users to use webhooks to control the platform feels like a very dated approach. AgencyHandy is th only CRM/Project management tool that has come through appsumo this year without any AI connection or functionality (outside of the outbound webhook). The site is beautiful. But I don't want to browse it. I'd rather let an agent keep it updated. I've already tried hiring someone to use your API to build an MCP but they mentioned that the API is somehow not correct.
