Q: Management of customers, collaborators and sellers - GDPR
Hello,
I am interested in your product and have the following questions:
1. I operate mainly in Italy and other European countries.
In Italy, Portugal and from 2025 in Germany (B2B only) the use of electronic invoicing is mandatory; this obligation is in force in almost all of Europe for invoicing to the Public Administration. What will you do?
2. GDPR: have you foreseen an adaptation date?
3. There are companies that sell products and services, have collaborators, sellers and consultants. Payment is made in percentage or with a fixed fee.
With the CRM it is possible to manage customers, sellers and freelance collaborators taking into account the following aspects:
- product/service order
- assignment of jobs/customers to collaborators
- customer invoicing
- seller/collaborator payments
- bonus management, discount codes, etc.
Thank you

Apr 26, 2025A: 1. We are working on e-invoicing. Haven't decided on the process yet but will most likely to do an API integration with one of the service providers. Target is to get it done before August.
2. It'll take around 2 months to complete the GDPR process. We are working to do it faster.
3. I think you'd need more of an affiliate feature to manage that if I understood correctly. We have that in plans but not live now

3. Complete, stable and reliable CRM functionality would be needed.
Thanks for the reply.
Yes we will add these in coming days

I am interested in the Tier 3 License or higher, in your RoadMap I have inserted the request for integration with Stackby which is very similar to Airtable (stackby.com) and with the Google Workspace platform, even if some integrations are already there.
Are the differences between Tier 3 and the other higher ones only in the limits or also in the features and future developments?
You will get the same feature and integration access but the limits will vary. Basically every feature that will be in our first 2 MRR packages will be available in Tier 3 and above with varying limits
