Q: Tier limitations explanations

For someone choosing tuers 3 :
User(s) : 10. It's about 10 internals users, ie part of the agency team, right? It does not concern the number of customer which is unlimited, right too?
Total storage : 2 TB max storage all workspaces combined, right ?
Individual storage : 3 GB what is it about ? Per user ? Per workspace?
