Q: Tier upgrade

I initially got AG on Rockethub, but need more storage and users. Is it possible to upgrade my account with these benefits if I purchase another Tier 1? I wouldn't like to lose the initial perks with the upfrade.

Do you know a way to include the service description (what we’ll actually do) on the invoice? Right now the invoice only shows the service name, which isn’t enough—clients may not see the package details. It would be helpful if the invoice displayed the full package description so clients know exactly what to expect. Am I missing a setting, or is there a way to add that description to invoices?
