Agency Handy has everything I need to run my web design agency and I will be moving over to it as I move forward with my business.

The platform works well and is well thought out and the services is a nice touch too. Being able to have everything easily accessible from the forms to the CRM is very useful.

The support is also incredibly quick to answer any responses, the response time was around 2 minutes in live chat and I think it was the early hours of the morning in Rashik's time zone.

I look forward to using Agency Handy to streamline my workflow and make me and my team more efficient.

I've been burned before by some of the deals on AppSumo, so I've realized I need to do a better job with researching before I buy. For Agency Handy, I spent time watching several interviews with Rashik on YouTube, and checking out the team across various platforms online to get a sense of who they are. I also asked a few questions before buying. In all of this, I was really impressed with Rashik and his team, and came to trust them and love the product even before I made the purchase. I can confidently say that the Agency Handy team can be trusted.

From the moment I purchased, the onboarding experience was smooth and impressive. As I got oriented with the software, I had a few follow-up conversations with support. The support is exceptional—no exceptions. The software itself has great functionality and is going to meet a lot of my needs as a small agency. It’s also going to help me serve my clients well, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I’m really excited about what’s on the product roadmap. The upcoming features look promising, and based on my experience so far, I feel confident that the team will continue to enhance their solid product more and more over time.

I love the clean and simple interface! And the functions seems to be a perfect match for me in my small business as an IT-artist (WISP, Webdesign, Support both by hour and by subscribtion, Webhotel hosting etc.).
The whitelabeling together with multiple workspaces and my native language Danish available made this an obvious opportunity for me!
I most say, however, that I was expecting things to be a bit more "mature". I ran into some technical issues (errors and missing function) but their support was fast, competent and smooth. Orvi was really good at finding the issues and fixing them almost real-time. Absolutely astonning! Thanks!
Also I realized that there were many errors/misunderstandings in the danish language layer. I invested some time to go through their (ai produced) languagefile, and Orvi deployed my correction right after getting them. What a good cooperation :-)
There are still some corrections to do, but I feal confident with Orvi and Rashid, as they are ambitious and super competent, with a nice positive attitude.
Agency Handy can really become "the greatest", and I want to rely my business on it. And at the same time serving my costumers in a sleek, efficient and modern way!
All in all a great deal!

I bought Tier 2 and was struggling with the setup and flow, so I just had a demo with the creator. He took the time to go through everything with me and answered all my questions. I was able to to share how certain workflows didn't make sense or work for me and he happily took those to heart.
A few things that I feel like would make this better are a tasks or to do page that allows you to see all tasks due, without having to go into each client (feels like it would be easy to miss if you have lots of clients).
And ability to personalize things at the package level, not just the service level. Different packages have different tasks associated with them so it would be nice to be able to assign tasks to packages only.
Either way I like the potential for this and will be keeping it. I'm excited to see where it goes!

If you're looking for a Service Provider Pro alternative that won't break your wallet, then this tool is worth reconsidering.

Fair warning, it doesn't have the bells and whistles that SPP provides such as customizable dashboard or side menu (client side) but after watching a live interview with the founder, I am confident they'll build that feature.

But Agency Handy is like 85% there so you can start using it now. I know, I am.

The invoicing and detailed reporting features save me so much time, allowing me to focus on growing my business. The integration options work seamlessly with payment gateways, enhancing productivity.

I was curious as to what Agency Handy was all about. As a coach and designer, I needed a solution that could support both areas with integrity. The ability to manage clients, teams, and projects using integrated solutions that include payments, invoices, proposals, subscriptions, orders, tickets, files, forms, and a simplified CRM was just what I needed.

I started with Tier 1, but then upgraded two days later to Tier 3 after playing with it as an administrator and client. I soon realized that Agency Handy is more than what is being advertised. It is a hidden gem that is capable to shine even brighter with future development and attention to the users experience.

The interface is clean and makes working within it a joy - not cumbersome at all. It took me a moment to figure out how various part of the software seamlessly work together (like forms), but once I was given direction (through quick support feedback), I understood it and was able to run with it.

I give Agency Handy 5 tacos for what it currently is and the potential for what it can become. The one area I recommend they spend more time on is the client experience - specifically end-user experience and onboarding. I created a video for them (sending it tonight) showcasing my experience as a client as a way to help them make the product better. I'm excited for what is on the horizon for this product and team. So far, I'm happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I have been using agencyhandy and i am very happy with the product and the team backing it. Its easy to grasp and very intuitive. Beautiful dashboard and the team is very responsive and open to suggestions and requests. Great customer service. Their api is soooo robust too. Very happy with my purchase. Will be upgrading.

Why? Truthfully I want to be the only one with this much Agency power in my hands. Full transparency I called the team late last night and they were about to go to sleep but hopped on a call with me and gave me a full walk through. Prior to the call I had a tier 3, once I got off the call I immediately upgraded to their tier 4. (it clicked for me) They were able to answer every single question I had.

This is a well thought out Agency tool. They have thought of almost everything an agency may need and dropped it into this tool. Domain set up within minutes (Check) SMTP so emails come from my domain (Check) Multi- Workspace setup (Check) (sneaky feature) every workstation has it's own living room. Meaning each workspace has it's own Stripe, Paypal, paywall. That was not expected. Oh did I mention each workstation has it's own domain and email set up and branding as well. Yeah, do not get Agency Handy because I want to service more customers than you. Once they see my dashboard and custom style and smooth onboarding you will lose a client if you are still using gmail and email with no custom branding and no catalog for upsells.

All kidding aside this tool actually just made into my top 5 tools of 2025. Actually, the more I dig into it, it might make my top 3 as far as productivity. Sorry I forgot to mention that it has a built in CRM... (Yep I let the cat out of the bag) My team and I can track prospects in the same system then once they are converted I can move them over to a customer.

You can let this tool pass you by if you want to, but I can assure you if you are an agency this is your tool. If you are not an agency or have no desire to be one then this tool may not interest you.

Summary: This is a 6 taco tool that you do not see come to Appsumo that often.

So glad I jumped on this deal, I think it's going to be a game changer for my business. The setup process was straightforward, allowing me to get everything up and running in no time. This is the most intuitive software I have ever used. I have never had such a quick custom domain set up in my life. Its got everything I need, and super smooth.

I am honestly so confused by the one star review that was left originally that i basically sprinted to my laptop to write this.

They did not leave a stone unturned with the ease of use. Theres ways to add files anywhere you might want to, including in your services. Honestly don't even get me started on the service catalogue. I wont stop talking about it.

I got the tier 3 so I could white label it, and having multiple workspaces means that my business partner and I can have his own workspace, and then our shared workspace, and a few others for partnerships we have with other individuals.

I seriously got this workspace set up in like. Half an hour. and that was me being really thorough.

Its almost like they had someone that works for them look at UX as a focus and didnt have some tech guys make it just good enough.

I will probably update this as I go because i just wanted to leave this to off put the one star review. (I'm honestly not always the best at remembering to leave reviews, unless a software has been either really good or really bad. And this one is maybe my favorite app sumo purchase ever.

And Ive got some of the big dogs on here in my arsenal.

Super impressed 30 seconds into it! Love the design, the experience, the features and am very hopeful that this gives me the business support I have long been looking for. Will be setting up this week and will update further. In the meantime, WELL DONE to the Agency Handy team on this!

I've been searching for a simplified agency CRM and was hoping this would be it. But fundamental things like providing an "street address" field for a client in the CRM are missing. Clients and companies should also be separate to allow for multiple people within a client's organization. I got a 404 upon setup. Loading the client logo results in no logo actually being rendered.

I'm a bit surprised this product made it to AppSumo. If the team would like to work to improve these bugs, I'd be glad to help troubleshoot, because I still do want a simple solution. But you must do your own QA first—no one should be receiving 404 errors.
