Agency Handy is an admin and organizational dream for me as Founder/Lead Graphic Designer of my agency. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the client side of the portal could use some work in terms of user experience. I guess I expected an editable welcome screen and other features that could boost my client's onboarding journey because I'm very big on client care. I was really looking forward to a premium interface that could be edited as needed with headers, widgets etc.

However in terms of functionality, there's nothing like it; payment integrations, invoicing, lead tracking, and the services section really blew me away. The services section in particular felt so well thought out.

Support is also extremely responsive, and there's a roadmap of developments, that if achieved, makes this software an absolute dream where their overpriced competitors pale in comparison. I'm really happy with the purchase, but looking forward to the client portal side updates on the roadmap.

Really good tool, one of the best here

Agency Handy has all the features I was looking for. Invoice, Couponcodes, Portal, Webhooks. Some improvements have been submitted and once fixed this is my new operational home.

Despite claiming to offer every feature needed for streamlined agency and client management, this platform actually makes things unnecessarily complicated. Many features are poorly thought out and restrict use cases based on their narrow vision.

There’s no customization available for the task creation form, and all client tasks must be manually approved by an admin — there’s no option for automatic approval. Even worse, there’s no centralized view to track new client requests. You have to dig through each order individually to see if any new tasks have been submitted, which is incredibly inefficient.

The system lacks a simple way to review and approve tasks in one place, making day-to-day management far more difficult than it should be. On top of that, the team seems resistant to feedback, and development progress is painfully slow. Bugs are common, and features often don’t work as expected.

This has been my worst investment to date. If you're looking for a tool to help manage clients and agency workflows more easily, I strongly suggest avoiding this product. It will cost you time, money, and peace of mind.

Agency Handy has seriously streamlined the way we run our agency. Tracking team hours is straightforward, and everything is organized in one place. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I initially set up my package incorrectly (my fault!), but Orvi from the Agency Handy team jumped in and patiently walked me through how to fix it. Super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful—can’t thank them enough!

One small suggestion: I mainly use Agency Handy internally and would love the option to skip adding client emails. Some of my clients have joined the platform, but there’s not much for them to see, and I prefer to keep the internal back-and-forth private. That said, this is a minor thing compared to how much this platform has helped us.

I’ve tried a bunch of project management tools over the years, and this one finally hits the mark. It’s intuitive, efficient, and makes our service offerings incredibly clear. Highly recommend!
