I came across Agency Handy on AppSumo a while back but passed on it the first time. When it popped up again recently, I finally pulled the trigger and I'm really glad I did.

I've been using it for about a week now, and it's quickly becoming my go-to tool for managing both my client projects and my own portfolio of about 40 websites. It's an all-in-one client portal and management tool that actually delivers on the everything in one place promise. Setting everything up was surprisingly straightforward—clients, projects, tasks, invoices, and keeping track of my own sites and tools all in the same workspace. The white-label options are a nice touch if you want to keep your branding consistent for clients.

What I love most is how clean and intuitive the interface feels. The project board, task management, client feedback and approvals right inside tasks, and the invoicing + payments integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) all work really smoothly. I haven't explored every feature yet, but what I've used so far has made my daily workflow noticeably easier and less scattered. No more jumping between five different tools just to stay on top of everything.

A couple of things I'd love to see (and it sounds like they're already on the roadmap, which is great):
• Expense tracking
• Subtasks
I'd also personally love the ability to have separate project boards per client instead of one big board for the whole workspace, it would make organization even cleaner, especially with 40+ sites and growing in the mix in my case. Being able to reorder the task list more flexibly would be a nice bonus too.

These are all pretty minor points though. Overall, Agency Handy is doing the core stuff exceptionally well. If you're a freelancer or small-to-mid agency owner who's tired of piecing together multiple platforms, this is worth checking out. Solid tool, easy setup, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it evolves.
