Agency Handy is an admin and organizational dream for me as Founder/Lead Graphic Designer of my agency. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the client side of the portal could use some work in terms of user experience. I guess I expected an editable welcome screen and other features that could boost my client's onboarding journey because I'm very big on client care. I was really looking forward to a premium interface that could be edited as needed with headers, widgets etc.

However in terms of functionality, there's nothing like it; payment integrations, invoicing, lead tracking, and the services section really blew me away. The services section in particular felt so well thought out.

Support is also extremely responsive, and there's a roadmap of developments, that if achieved, makes this software an absolute dream where their overpriced competitors pale in comparison. I'm really happy with the purchase, but looking forward to the client portal side updates on the roadmap.
