I’ve tried a lot of “all-in-one” agency tools, and most of them either look pretty but fall apart in real workflows—or they’re powerful but painful to roll out. Agency Handy is one of the rare platforms that actually feels built for day-to-day agency operations.
What I like most is how much it reduces tool-switching. In one place I can handle client onboarding/intake, manage projects and tasks (Kanban-style), collect files + feedback/approvals, and then move straight into proposals, invoicing, and getting paid (Stripe/PayPal). That alone has cleaned up a ton of messy email threads and “where is that file?” conversations.
The client portal experience is a standout. It feels professional, it’s easy for non-technical clients to navigate, and the white-label/custom branding makes it feel like our platform instead of another third-party tool. Clients can see progress, respond to requests, and pay invoices without friction—which makes us look more organized than we sometimes feel.
It’s not perfect (yet). There are still a few areas that feel like they’re maturing—some workflows could go deeper, and you’ll want to spend a little time on initial setup so your process is structured the way you like. But overall, the direction is solid and the product already delivers real operational value.
