Despite claiming to offer every feature needed for streamlined agency and client management, this platform actually makes things unnecessarily complicated. Many features are poorly thought out and restrict use cases based on their narrow vision.

There’s no customization available for the task creation form, and all client tasks must be manually approved by an admin — there’s no option for automatic approval. Even worse, there’s no centralized view to track new client requests. You have to dig through each order individually to see if any new tasks have been submitted, which is incredibly inefficient.

The system lacks a simple way to review and approve tasks in one place, making day-to-day management far more difficult than it should be. On top of that, the team seems resistant to feedback, and development progress is painfully slow. Bugs are common, and features often don’t work as expected.

This has been my worst investment to date. If you're looking for a tool to help manage clients and agency workflows more easily, I strongly suggest avoiding this product. It will cost you time, money, and peace of mind.
