I've had this product for over a year, and little to nothing has been done to improve the software, scale the software or make it a valid solution for our agency. Wish I could get a refund.

Looks like a great product but after setting up it seems that they only support US addresses for customers. In a virtual world where customers can be anywhere it seems a little short sighted.

For those of us working outside of the US this is not usable.

You cannot enter any address or zip/postcode outside of the US and the phone number is also US formatted.

it is also only in USD with no option to change although, I could probably work around that as many Saas work in$'s

With my clients in the UK this just doesn't do the job.

This is a shame as I this seemed the perfect solution to mu current problem.

I am really disappointed.

Perfect for agency owners that are starting out. It's a work in progress, but it has all the basic features down, and support has been good so far

I have been hoping something like this would come along. There are like 2 competitors I think they can go head to toe with. Honeybooks and blinkbid. I think if they had for the invoice section premade line items that can be added like blinkbid. They would be better then them. Like assistances, camera tech. Talent. I know I can do it manually but it would be cool to have some like blinkbid.

Other then that, I see it as being something I'm going to enjoy using.
