Goodbye Complexity, Hello AgencyJoy!
I've been recommending Pipedrive to clients for the past few years and using it myself for the past year. But it felt a bit over-complicated for my use-case (handling leads for my small marketing agency) and it also felt like they wanted to make it even more complicated.
So I tried out AgencyJoy and I love it. It's very similar in terms of being able to see your sales pipeline in a Kanban view. You can add and delete deal stages, link it with your calendar and email, schedule actions and record notes against each lead. That really is the essence of what you need from a simple sales pipeline manager.
But it just feels simpler to use for my small business and obviously as a LTD on Appsumo it's a total 5-taco no-brainer.
Now recommended to a couple of clients and one of them has signed up and is a very happy user indeed.
Coming improvements on the roadmap will be useful to me with multiple pipelines and an Integromat integration (now called make.com) on the way. Big fan of AgencyJoy.
