It became UNUSABLE!!!
This software, now converted to ClientJoy, got off to a good start. It has very usable features and is user-friendly too. We were able to use it generally well in 2024. There are instances where their response to technical issues is delayed for days. The problem had already been resolved before we received any response from them.
However, it is now completely UNUSABLE for us. Since April 30, 2025, the calendar feature has stopped syncing on our MS Calendar. All new calendar entries are not showing on the dashboard. I have already tried reconnecting my calendar, but it hasn't solved the issue. To make it worse, the booking link that we use to schedule discovery calls with leads stopped working, too. It not only took away our schedule visibility, but it also affected our booking system.
On May 23, 2025, the email feature also went down. We cannot send emails to leads and clients from the platform, which makes it harder to monitor and track communication. This removed our ability to have our communication all in one place. Again, it affected our day-to-day operation.
These functionalities, which are now unavailable to us, have made this system unusable, putting us in an unfavorable situation. We still have to operate as usual, but at the same time, we must move our client directory and records to a new system and rebuild it. This has cost us a waste of money and time.
To rub salt into the wound, on top of all of these, their chat and email support are NOT VERY HELPFUL. They seem to be very busy (or lazy) in answering our communications and follow-ups. They do not provide any status updates, even though we consistently reach out. Despite multiple follow-ups (almost daily, and indeed more than once a week) and them being active in the chat (Nirav), they just do not respond. We are lucky to receive an "update" saying they are still working on it after 2 to 3 weeks. It is as if they do not understand that their inability (or unwillingness) to solve the issue has significantly affected our company's day-to-day operations. It is as if they do not care at all. They cannot provide a working timeline to fix the issues, so it appears that you are at the mercy of how they prioritize. The way they handle our situation and their lack of communication make it even more frustrating.
If you are looking for these functionalities, you are better off elsewhere and should avoid this software.
