I will probably sound like a broken record here, but I am really surprised with AgencyJoy. It is extremely easy to set up, navigate and use, and has everything you need to attract new customers and manage existing ones. It's a CRM focused on sales. It's not like HubSpot and nothing here is useless. The ultimate goal is to help you manage your sales funnel more easily. For all other things, you can create a few zaps, and you will be running in no time.

Bonus: the mailbox module is the best one among CRMs. It made me abandon Outlook.
