Purchased the brokerage package and after multiple attempts was not about to get it set up and forced to return. No response from anyone at the company through their support channels. I had high hopes for this CRM but might be out of business. Surprise App Sumo still has it available for purchase on their site.

we are having issues with users that have account that are not google /gmail the company or personal domains emails are not getting our emails not sure if its going to your spam please setup gmail account when setting up or emailing us for setup and sorry for your experience email us and we will comp your account
I've tried signing up multiple times. I enter my information to register and wait for the onboarding email. Crickets... So I can't really say whether it works or not. If I get set up in the next 24 hours, I won't have the opportunity to test the product before my return deadline.

your email must be sending to spam email us we will comp your account and please setup with gmail account
This has been the worst experience I've had with a software provider.
The support is horrible and basic questions about the functionality go unanswered when I send an email to support@agentforce.us.
Firstly, the training videos provide the bare minimum and lacks depth.
I am experienced with other CRM tools and this is a shell, and that's a shame because it has potential to be a great tool.
It lack email marketing and automations functionality. All catergories and tags where set up according to the videos that were provided but email automation does not work. I tried to reach out to their support team and it's 8 days and counting ... no response.
If you bulk upload Contacts you have to delete them one by one if you uploaded the wrong csv.
They have email templates are coded the software and cannot be changed even if you delete it from the user-side. They say you can change it but when you take a deeper dive, it can' t be changed.

This CRM is amazing, I am a Real Estate Broker working already with 2 other CRMs and this one with a LTD if perfect loaded with softwares and tools that come very handy and indispensable in running 🏃♀️ my Brokerage Firm, I will recommended 100%. I am ready to let go the other 2 CRMs I have been using to only keep this one.
