Q: Is there a preferred way of making documents to be used with the chatbots?
I would imagine a faq style would work best but if its about company data including mission, goals and financials including funding and donations, marketing team instructions, web design instructions and branding, and that type of stuff im not sure as the best way to format it
Are there some guidelines, examples or best practices for documents?
For the most part the AI is smart, but sometimes it acts dumb and wont provide information that i know is indeed in the document
For example i might ask who is Anne, and the chatbot wont have the information, but if i say do we have any vet experience it will provide that information and state it is Anne who has the experience, so Anne is indeed mentioned in the document
We have currently released this to some of our beta users. Super Bot would allow for WhatsApp integration, webhooks, support for Claude, Meta Llama, GPT4, 3.5 , Actions, Sub accounts , and much more.
Q: When I first uploaded my docs and links the bot would answer ONLY based on my info.
Now it is giving answers definitely not contained in the info provided. What has changed and how do I stop it from using anything BUT my documents and links?
I am tier 3 and want to see this work, but now am skeptical and may need to cancel if this cannot be resolved

Apologies it was the "Boost Creativity" that was causing this. Turned it off and now it is not giving answers outside the provided documents
