I did purchase 2 other chatbots which did not

work well, especially with PDF data.

Initially with agent23 I had a few problems

but support was quick to resolve themso support is good.

after getting a website bot and a PDF bot running

I can say that they are working better than when I tried the others.

hoping for folders so can put multiple chatbots into a folder

to streamline the dashboard.
