I've been working on and experimenting with my new chatbot for about 1 week.

My biggest initial surprise: Without any tutorials, I immediately grasped how to get my first chatbot up and running. Just 5 minutes later, it was live.

Then, I had to immediately test the feature of training the chatbot using a PDF. Since I had nothing else at hand, I fed the chatbot with a 300+ page PDF in a large format, and it was an academic book.

I was amazed at how "trained" the bot was, even though I basically just clicked "Upload."

Even if I put "trained" in quotation marks: The chatbot was trained in the best sense, and my personal "training effort" was purely limited to the upload... Simply WOW!

Can it get any simpler and easier? I wouldn't know how. (Well, maybe through mind-reading? ;-))

Originally, I gave a 3-star review here. I deducted one star based on my misunderstanding, which was quickly clarified thanks to great support. (Maybe I should have waited a few more days before my review? ;-))

I deducted the 5th star due to what I saw as a necessary feature (the ability to easily delete accidentally trained false information), which has since been added.

My conclusion is: I can hardly imagine a better price-performance ratio, the ease of training the chatbot is hard to surpass, the support is very prompt, truly solution-oriented and on point, and the provider's continuous development of the chatbot can only be described as breathtaking.
