I have tested the product and I must say that I am extremely happy and pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to train an AI chatbot, just as agent23 had mentioned. It's true. After searching for other examples on YouTube, I have to admit that even without documentation, agent23 is user-friendly. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the team, especially Olivia, who is always working diligently and available. I want to assure you that I am not being paid to give a positive review, I am simply being honest. While the software could use some improvements, such as enhancing the user interface and clarifying the uploading rules, I am confident that with our input and agent23's ability to learn, we will be able to achieve those goals. We are actively training agent23 to become even better, and it's showing progress. In summary, I would love to give this product more than 5 stars, but unfortunately, I cannot. Lastly, I have created an AI Chatbot that accurately handles the Philippines criminal Law and Family code, and the answers it provides are exceptional.
