This is a fantastic app with great potential. First time building chatbots for me, but I found it easy to do. There are a few areas where the product could improve, but these are from a UX perspective in the main. In terms of positives, this is what I found:

1. Support was nothing short of brilliant. Replies to any requests came back with great speed and were also personalised rather than your typical support responses.
2. Suggestions for improvements were well received and appreciated. Nice to know your input is valued.
3. I have created 3 chatbots so far and deployed 1. The others are under test but showing great results in the simulator.
4. A problem with 403 errors was fixed within an hour.
5. Simple to set up the chatbots with multiple input sources including URL, Sitemap and files.

The cons.... which I have no doubt will be simply overcome.
1. Deployed chatbot is not intuitive on the site. Users may not know what the icon in bottom right corner is for. A suggestion to add a tooltip on hover was well received and will be in the next update I'm told, so that is a positive.
2. Had problems deploying on a standard Wordpress site due to lack of JQuery which was odd. Worked without issue once the script command to call JQuery was added. This was another issue resolved quickly by developer.
3. Dataset included XML and other non content files in crawl which are of no value to Chatbot. Developer is now working on excluding these from the crawl.
4. The options for training via web URL or XML sitemap should show preferred methiod for best results. Developer advised XMS sitemap crawl was best. Another tick for responses.
5. No ability to select and delete multiple files from the dataset via checkboxes. Again, reported to developer and taken on board.
6. Ability to style the chatbot window would be welcome in terms of size and presentation on screen, also length of responses as some were quite verbose. That certainly indicates a well working chatbot, but options would be welcome.
7. Styling for requesting email could be improved. It is very blunt at present. (Another option might be to ask visitor, "Would you like a call? Let me know your phone number and best time to call and I'll let the boss know" for example.

Summary
For a new app, this could probably be regarded as certainly beyond an MVP, but still in development. The future looks very bright for this chatbot app given its current level of performance. It has a very solid foundation on which to build the UX and additional styling features.

I have rated the app at 4 Tacos simply because of the areas that could be improved. That said, based on my experience so far, I have every confidence these will be addressed quickly. I have every intention of upgrading my number of codes to 3 within the next week based on performance.

I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants the ability to build a chatbot, particularly on multiple sites as permitted by the licence. Excellent value!
