Q: Admin Settings

We have a company with multiple trading names and brands - and should we need to change (same company different brand - not transferring to another company we just have other trading names linked to specific services) is the admin email changeable later on or it is permanently set at point of registration along with the company/business details?

A: Hey Alex522,

Good question about admin settings and branding!

Admin Email & Company Details:

The primary "Owner" email and initial workspace name are set at the point of registration/LTD activation.

You can change the display name of your workspace at any time to reflect a different trading name or brand.

The original owner email address associated with the license is typically fixed, as the AppSumo LTD is non-transferable between completely separate legal entities or owners.

Managing Multiple Brands (Same Company):

1. You can manage multiple trading names/brands within your single AgenticFlow workspace by:
Using clear naming conventions for your agents and workflows (e.g., "BrandA-SupportBot," "BrandB-MarketingFlow").

If you're using our Next.js boilerplate for client portals, you can customize the branding for each "portal" instance you deploy for your different trading names.

2. Specific Case for Email Change:

If you have a legitimate reason within the same company to change the primary administrative email (e.g., a staff change for the main admin, but still the same company owning the license), please write to our support team at support@agenticflow.ai detailing your specific case. We can consider these on a case-by-case basis, keeping in mind the non-transferable nature of the AppSumo license.

So, workspace name is flexible for branding. The core owner email is less so, but reach out to support if you have a specific internal need for a change.

A: Hey Chris_P,

Good question about HIPAA-related tasks.

Currently, AgenticFlow is not set up to be fully HIPAA compliant out-of-the-box for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) in a way that would satisfy all HIPAA requirements (like specific BAAs, data residency configurations for PHI, and stringent audit trails needed for healthcare).

While our platform has strong security measures (encryption, access controls), meeting the full, specific legal and technical requirements for HIPAA is a significant undertaking.

We are planning to explore and potentially extend our platform to support HIPAA-compliant use cases, including offering necessary agreements and infrastructure options, in the second half of 2025.

For now, I would advise against using AgenticFlow for workflows that directly process or store identifiable PHI if you require strict HIPAA compliance.

Thanks for asking!

Q: Full-stack + multi-agent user. Why can’t the Copilot handle full A-to-Z workflows for real estate automations?

I’m automating property management flows like auto-closing maintenance tickets based on Buildium Email updates. I need real logic: trigger → check emails for comment → close → notify → archive. But Copilot can’t retain step-by-step logic or handle smart sequences.

Also, I’m routed through Pipedream to monitor email inboxes, but I’m new to APIs and hoped for fewer steps or at least better onboarding around email triggers.

Support has been helpful so far — but as someone investing long term, I need to know:
• How responsive is customer service going forward?
• Will AI agents and workflows become more intuitive over time?
• What’s planned for simplifying advanced use cases?

I’m seriously vetting AgenticFlow for daily operations, not just experiments. Please advise.

A: Hey President365,

Thanks for being a full-stack Tier 4 + Multi-Agent user and for this really valuable, honest feedback. It's crucial for us, especially as we're a lean team working hard to build out these advanced capabilities. I understand your points about the Co-pilot and streamlining complex setups like your Buildium automation.

1. Co-pilot & A-to-Z Workflow Generation:

You're right, the current Co-pilot (even with its new UI you might have seen in some templates) is still evolving. While it's getting better at understanding requests and assisting with individual steps or suggesting node configurations, generating a complete, stateful, multi-step A-to-Z workflow (like your "trigger → check email → close ticket → notify → archive" flow) from a single natural language prompt is a highly complex AI task (Level 6 type autonomy) that we're building towards, but aren't fully there yet.

Moving Forward with Co-pilot: Our vision is absolutely for the Co-pilot to become a much more active partner in workflow creation. We're focusing on:

- Enhanced AI Assistance: Making it smarter at interpreting your goals and suggesting entire sequences or common patterns.

- Interactive Building: The Co-pilot will increasingly be able to work with you to build, debug, and modify workflows – even making changes on your behalf based on your instructions.

- Voice Commands (Future): Yes, voice command instruction for the Co-pilot is on our mid-term roadmap to make building even more intuitive.

Email Triggers & Onboarding (Pipedream):

I get it – relying on an intermediary like Pipedream for email triggers when you're new to APIs isn't the seamless experience we want.

Simplification Plans:
- A native "New Email Received" trigger node (for Gmail/Outlook via MCP) is a high priority to simplify this.
- Better onboarding guides and templates specifically for email-triggered automations.

Your Long-Term Questions:

- Customer Service Responsiveness: As a lean team, we're doing our best to keep up with the fantastic AppSumo interest! For Tier 4 + MAS users like yourself, you are absolutely a priority. We're streamlining our support channels (email, Discord, upcoming community enhancements) and aim to improve responsiveness as we grow post-launch.

- Intuitive AI Agents & Workflows: Yes, this is a continuous core goal. The Co-pilot evolution is key here. Also, the full integration of MCP actions as drag-and-drop nodes in the Workflow builder (ETA very, very soon!) will make building much more visual and intuitive than relying on API Call nodes for everything.

Simplifying Advanced Use Cases:

- Multi-Agent System: Designed to break down complexity.
- Smarter Co-pilot: To help configure and debug.
- Better Native Nodes: For common advanced patterns like human-in-the-loop approvals, complex data transformations, and state management within flows.
- More Pre-built Solution Templates: For common industry use cases like property management automations.

We are genuinely committed to making AgenticFlow a platform you can rely on for daily operations. Your Buildium use case is exactly the kind of real-world, valuable automation we want to make easier to build and manage.

Let's definitely use our upcoming call to dive into your specific Buildium flow. We can look at the best current way to structure it and discuss how upcoming features (like MCPs in workflows and the evolving Co-pilot) will simplify it further.

Thanks for your investment and for pushing us to be better – it's how we'll get there!

Q: Hi, Is possible created a store database ?

I want to create record tables for a store, focused on products. Each product should have a name, price, and description, and it can also be related to between one and four images.

The idea is that, with this database structured in tables (and using folders to store the images), I can create workflows where an AI agent retrieves the product information along with one or more of its images, depending on what is requested.

For example, I could ask for a list of products priced between 5 and 10 dollars, and receive as a result a table with the products and their respective images.

Additionally, I would like the AI to be able to analyze an image of a product and, based on that image, automatically retrieve the corresponding record from the database.

is possible to ask to google drive or databases?

A: Hey JasonGCI!

Yes, absolutely! What you're describing is a great use case for AgenticFlow. Here's the short version:

1. Create Product Database (Tables & Images):

Tables: Yes. Use AgenticFlow's "Table" dataset feature. Create a table with columns for Product Name, Price, Description, and Image URLs (you can have columns like Image_URL_1, Image_URL_2, etc.).

Image Storage: Store your images in a cloud service like Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or even a publicly accessible S3 bucket. Put the direct shareable URLs of these images into your AgenticFlow product table.

2. AI Agent Retrieves Product Info & Images:

Yes. Create an Agent. Enable "Knowledge" on your product Table dataset.

Instruct Agent: "List products between $5 and $10." The agent will query your table and can be prompted to return the name, price, description, and the image URLs. The chat interface can then display these images if the URLs are valid.

3. AI Analyzes Image & Retrieves Record:

Yes (with a multi-step approach):
- User provides/uploads an image to the Agent.
- The Agent uses an image analysis model (like our built-in Gemini Vision capabilities, or BYOK for GPT-4V/Claude Vision) to describe the key features of the product in the image.
- The Agent then uses that text description to query your product Table dataset (using its knowledge of the 'Description' or 'Name' column) to find the matching product record.

4. Ask Google Drive or Databases:

Google Drive: Yes, via the Google Drive MCP (https://agenticflow.ai/mcp/google_drive), an agent can list files, download them, and (if text-based like a Google Doc/Sheet containing product info) extract data.

Databases (SQL, etc.): Yes, via MCPs for specific databases like Supabase (https://agenticflow.ai/mcp/supabase), MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc., or by using the API Call node if your database has a REST API. The agent can then query these directly.

So, your vision for a product database with AI-driven querying (text-based and image-based) is definitely achievable with AgenticFlow by combining Table datasets, image storage, LLMs for querying/analysis, and vision models!

A: Hello!

Native Apple Apps (iOS/macOS):

Not on our immediate roadmap. Our focus is on the web platform (accessible via browser on all devices) and APIs. If demand is high, we will evaluate it (suggest it at https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/).

Privacy and Data:

Data Use: Your data (prompts, uploaded files) is used solely to run YOUR agents/workflows. We do NOT use it to train global AI models (neither ours nor those of third parties like OpenAI/Google if you use your own API key - BYOK).

We do collect anonymous platform usage telemetry (not your content).

The agent/workflow configurations and knowledge you upload ARE stored for the platform to function.

For complete, non-persistent control over our SaaS servers, only our Enterprise offering (deployment on your private cloud) would allow this.

The goal is transparency and security of your data for YOUR use.

Sincerely,
Sean
