What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
I’ve been on a rollercoaster with AI projects. Started in 2018, taking Prof. Andrew Ng’s courses—detecting cats in pictures—and teamed up with engineers from Google, Meta, and beyond to build open-source AI. One early attempt was a consumer AI avatar app. We spent months developing it and submitted to Apple 13 times, only to learn how brutal user acquisition can be. Installs were low, churn was high, so we shut it down.
Next came a surprise hit: a Quick QR Art - QR code art generator. We built a quick Discord bot, promoted it in a small newsletter, and suddenly we had 1.5 million users. The servers were on fire, but it was profitable—just chaotic. That’s when we realized B2C can be volatile.
While growing Quick QR Art, we built tons of internal automations. We saw businesses struggling with the same scaling headaches we had, and that sparked the idea for AgenticFlow. Now we’re focused on building a more stable B2B platform for AI workflows. Each “failure” taught us something new and propelled us forward.
What 3rd party tools is your product critically dependent on?
We’re like the “Swiss Army knife” of AI integrations. AgenticFlow seamlessly connects with top AI platforms like OpenAI, Google Gen AI, Anthropic Claude, Replicate, FAL.ai, and Perplexity—letting you bring your own API keys for advanced functionality. We also support over 2,500 apps, ensuring our AI agents and workflows can tap into everyday tools (e.g., CRM, social media, email) for end-to-end automation.
Where is your customer data stored?

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
AgenticFlow came out of a series of pivots and real-world lessons. We started with consumer-focused AI apps (like AI avatars and QR code generators) and discovered how fragmented and challenging it was to scale and maintain them.
Along the way, we built out internal AI workflows to automate our own processes, and we realized those workflows themselves were the real solution.
That “aha” moment sparked the idea for AgenticFlow—a platform that unifies powerful AI agents, a no-code workflow builder, and seamless integrations into everyday tools.
We’re passionate about it because we’ve lived the pain of disjointed AI solutions firsthand, and we believe that empowering teams with easy-to-use, integrated AI can truly free people to focus on bigger, more creative work.
What problem is your product solving and how?
AgenticFlow tackles the problem of juggling multiple, disjointed tools for AI tasks—whether it’s chatbots, content generation, or media editing. Instead of forcing you to hop between different platforms, we unify everything in one place.
Our no-code workflow builder lets you connect top AI models (OpenAI, Google Gen AI, Anthropic, etc.) and 2,500+ everyday apps so you can automate your processes end-to-end. That means fewer manual steps, less complexity, and more time spent on high-value work.
What sets it apart from the rest in your space?
1. Holistic AI + Workflow Integration: We merge text-based AI, image/video generation, and a robust workflow engine—so you don’t have to string together a half-dozen separate services.
2. Bring Your Own Key & Tools: We’re like the “Swiss Army knife” of AI integrations. You can plug in your own API keys for major AI models, plus seamlessly connect to thousands of external apps.
3. Multi-Agent Architecture: We support building agentic workflows where multiple AI agents can collaborate or hand off tasks automatically, something few platforms manage well.
What’s the #1 thing you’re looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign?
We want real-world feedback and user adoption from a community known for testing and pushing products to their limits. We’re looking for word-of-mouth buzz, fresh use cases, and the chance to refine our user experience based on direct input from a diverse group of entrepreneurs and marketers.
What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
Any revenue we generate will go straight back into improving AgenticFlow—enhancing the UX, adding new AI integrations, and refining advanced features like multi-agent workflows. We’re also eager to hear from Sumo-lings about where they find the most value (or friction), so we can continuously iterate and build a truly indispensable tool for sales, marketing, and beyond.
Any details to clarify about the deal?
We want to be transparent about how usage and costs work.
Our built-in AgenticFlow features—like database operations, calling various AI platforms, saving data, and keeping agents running 24/7—consume credits to ensure fair use.
You can bring your own keys for advanced AI features, or use our Pixel ML open router for a unified invoice (we pass through the cost + sales tax with only a minimal fee).
Think of AI as the new electricity, and AgenticFlow as your “Tesla”—the credits system makes sure we can keep the lights on and support your lifetime deal sustainably. Rather than marking up prices 5x or 10x, we prefer to pass along real costs, so you only pay for what you actually use. We believe that’s fair, transparent, and in the spirit of building a long-term, reliable platform.
Anything else you'd like to add?
We’re excited to join the AppSumo community and can’t wait to see what creative automations and AI workflows you build with AgenticFlow. Our journey has been shaped by each pivot, lesson, and user story, and we look forward to evolving the platform together with all of you.
