Q: 24 Hour Use
Hello we tried Tier 4 and unfortunately it doesn't fit our use case. There were many, many errors preventing us from using it including calling amazon SES which is a very simple task.
Do you plan on offering 24 hour agent use without interruption? If so by when?

Yes, our agents are designed to operate 24/7, but it is important to understand the architecture:
1. THE ARCHITECTURE (ReAct)
Our agents follow the ReAct (Reason + Act) pattern. This means they are "Event-Driven." They do not run in an infinite background loop on their own; they stay dormant until they receive a signal to wake up, think, and act.
2. HOW TO ACHIEVE CONTINUOUS OPERATION
To have an agent work "without interruption" around the clock, you simply need to set up a Trigger.
- Scheduled Trigger: You can set the agent/workflow to run every 15 minutes, every hour, etc., to check for new tasks.
- Webhook Trigger: External systems can wake the agent up instantly whenever an event occurs.
