Step by step: Just log into agenticflow.ai, open the MCP → Integrations panel, install Google Form and authorize via OAuth, then copy the generated webhook URL back into your MCP settings; next, edit (or create) your agent, drag in the Google Form trigger node, connect it to an AI Chat node (GPT, Gemini, etc.), then to a Google Docs node to build your report, and finish with a Slack or Email notification node to send you the Doc link—all in one automated workflow.
