Q: Can you use it for different Brands?

Hey AgenticFlow Team,

we love what you’ve built and are exploring if it fits our setup. We run multiple international brands under one company, each with their own channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram). Around 73% of our users are referred to another brand during their journey, so cross- and upselling is key. We’d need to connect multiple WhatsApp numbers (simultaneously), and several Instagram accounts – each clearly assigned to a brand. Can agents always see which brand/channel they’re replying on, while keeping the full context across all brands? And can your system support that kind of smart cross-brand collaboration?

This would allow AgenticFlow to leverage ManyChat's Instagram capabilities. You'd make sure each channel connection is clearly tied to its specific brand by creating named MCP server connections in your AgenticFlow settings. When a message comes in (e.g., through ManyChat for Instagram, or directly for WhatsApp), your AI agent will know which brand and channel it's dealing with.
