Q: Complex and Multi agent task handling

Hello,
Looks like a great product, well done to the team. Interested in Tier3/Tier4 but need to be sure the product can handle my following basic use cases among before:
Example use cases for a course creation and book flows:
1. agent receives course title , generate course plan and outline and update based on user's input, generate scripts based on instructions for entire course, create multiples avatar Heygen videos for each of the outlined items with downloadable files, creates Q&A bots (videos and audios) for each module, reference materials in the end
2. similar process for book generation post research data is received by agent

You can alternatively continue the discussion by email if needed

A: Hey AIAFTECH,

Thanks for the great questions and for your interest in AgenticFlow – glad you like the look of the product! Your use cases for course and book creation are definitely the kind of complex, multi-step processes AgenticFlow is designed to tackle, especially at Tier 4.

Let's break down how AgenticFlow could handle these flows:

For your Course Creation example: Yes, this is largely achievable. An agent or workflow could receive the course title. Then, using LLM nodes (like our built-in ones or your BYOK model), it can generate a course plan and outline. Based on user input or feedback (which might involve running the generation step again with refined instructions), it can then generate detailed scripts for each module.

For creating Heygen videos, since we don't have a specific Heygen MCP yet, you would use our generic API Call node within the workflow. You'd need to configure this node with Heygen's API details to send the scripts and instructions, and it would then receive the resulting video files (likely as URLs) back into the workflow. AgenticFlow workflows wait for API responses, so the process would pause until Heygen finishes generating each video.

Creating individual Q&A bots per module is more advanced. You could generate the Q&A text using an LLM based on the scripts. Turning these into interactive video/audio bots would likely require additional steps, possibly involving Text-to-Speech nodes and potentially calling an avatar service like Heygen again via the API Call node. This level of complexity and coordination between different generated outputs might benefit from our upcoming Multi-Agent System (the optional add-on for Tier 4), where a 'manager' agent could oversee sub-agents responsible for different modules or media types, ensuring better organization and reliability. Finally, an LLM node could compile reference materials based on the generated course content.

Similarly, for Book Generation, the process of receiving research data, generating outlines, and drafting chapters using LLM nodes is well within AgenticFlow's capabilities, again likely best structured as a workflow. For very long books, you might break it down into chapter-by-chapter generation steps to manage context effectively.

AgenticFlow provides the core AI capabilities (LLMs, multi-modal generation where applicable) and the orchestration engine (Workflows and Agents). Connecting to external services without a specific MCP, like Heygen, is done using the flexible API Call node, which requires understanding their API.

Given the multi-step nature and potential complexity, especially with integrating external video generation and possibly the per-module bots, Tier 4 would be the recommended choice. It provides higher credit limits for the multiple AI calls involved, more user seats, and importantly, makes you eligible for the Multi-Agent System add-on later this year which could significantly streamline the most complex parts of your use case. Tier 4 also includes priority support, which would be valuable for setting up the Heygen API integration via the API Call node.

I'd be happy to discuss your specific requirements further via email (support@agenticflow.ai) or a call if you like. Feel free to book some time here: https://calendly.com/sean-agenticflow/30min (we quite overbooked).

Thanks again for considering AgenticFlow!
