Apr 27, 2025A: Hey MarkZuckerberg,
Thanks for reaching out! Let's address your questions:
1. AgenticFlow vs. Insights.io:
While I can't give a detailed feature-by-feature comparison without knowing Insights.io deeply, AgenticFlow's core difference lies in its foundation as an AI-native automation platform.
AI Agents & MCP: Beyond just visual workflows, you can use AI Agents that understand natural language. You connect tools once via our MCP layer (which has placeholders for over 2500 apps like https://agenticflow.ai/mcp), and then instruct the agent on what to do, simplifying many automation setups.
Integrated AI: We integrate text, image, and video AI generation and analysis capabilities directly into the platform.
Orchestration: Designed from the ground up for potentially complex workflows and even multi-agent systems (via add-on) for advanced automation.
Think of AgenticFlow as more of an operating system for building various AI-powered tools and automations, rather than solely a data connection or basic workflow tool.
2. Connecting Multiple GoHighLevel (GHL) Accounts:
Yes, you can connect and manage multiple GoHighLevel accounts within AgenticFlow, but with an important clarification:
Current Method (API Call Node): While we have GHL listed in our MCP section (https://agenticflow.ai/mcp/gohighlevel), it currently shows 0 defined actions. This means the simplified MCP connection isn't fully built out yet.
Therefore, to interact with GHL right now, you need to use the generic API Call node within a Workflow.
How to Connect Multiple Accounts:
You will get the API Key for each specific GHL account you manage.
In your AgenticFlow workflow, use the API Call node.
Manually configure this node with the correct GHL API endpoint URL, HTTP method, and crucially, the Authorization Header containing the specific API Key for the client account you want to interact with for that workflow run.
You can either build separate workflows per client or use workflow inputs/logic to dynamically insert the correct API key into the API Call node's header.
Future Simplification: Please request specific GoHighLevel actions on our public roadmap (https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/). Once these MCP actions are built, connecting and using GHL will become much simpler, similar to our other integrated apps.
So, technically possible today via direct API calls in workflows, and easier integration is planned based on community feedback.
