Q: Credits vs BYOK ?

1) If I bring my own keys under BYOK, will they be independent of the credits per month that you offer?

So my confusion is that are your credits backed by LLMs integrated by you?

If yes, after using these credits, if I use BYOK, then is there any limit on the usage of BYOK?

Please clarify.

2) what do you mean by 100 MB of Knowledge ? What type and formats of knowledge can I upload ?

3) Can I create an agent that helps me answer my support tickets based on the knowledge I have fed into it and can this knowledge be constantly updated ?

Your monthly AgenticFlow credits cover built‑in features like AI calls via our integrated models, database ops, and agent runtimes. If you bring your own key (BYOK)—for OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.—those calls are billed directly by that provider and do not draw on your AgenticFlow credits, so there’s no extra usage limit from our side.

The “100 MB of Knowledge” is simply the maximum combined size of files you can upload into an agent’s knowledge base. You can upload PDFs, Word docs, plain text, CSVs, JSON, Markdown, and more, and we index that content so your agents can reference it.

And yes—you can absolutely create a support‑ticket agent. Just upload your support docs or ticket exports into the knowledge base, build a workflow that uses those docs for context, and hit the “Train” button whenever you add or update files.
