Q: Features in Agentic Flow

Hi, I'm interested in Agentic Flow. I have some questions:
1. Can Agent act as CS with the capability to DM someone in the comment? (Like Manychat) where someone says, “Comment ‘eBook’ and I’ll send you the link via DM,” and then AI sends a message to DM?
2. For feature no 1, it's need premium integration? Can it be used Tier 1?
3. Can Automation be used for an Investing Strategy? Buy/ sell signal for technical analysis or company valuation in fundamental analysis?
4. I'm not a programmer. Is it possible to use it?

A: Hey adit.premium.acc,

Thanks for your interest in AgenticFlow! Let's tackle your questions:

1. Agent Acting Like ManyChat (DM from Comment)?
Currently, AgenticFlow's standard social media MCPs (like Facebook Pages, LinkedIn) primarily use official APIs. These APIs typically do not allow automatically sending a Direct Message (DM) to someone just because they commented on a public post (especially if they don't follow you or haven't messaged you first). Platforms heavily restrict this to prevent spam.

While our ManyChat MCP (https://agenticflow.ai/mcp/manychat) can send messages, it usually requires you to already have the user's ID from a prior interaction within ManyChat itself. It doesn't natively monitor comments on Facebook/Instagram posts to initiate a new DM conversation.

So, directly replicating that specific "comment 'eBook' -> get automated DM" flow initiated purely from a native post comment is not currently possible using just AgenticFlow's standard MCPs. Tools like ManyChat often use platform-specific integrations or different methods to achieve this.

2. Premium Integration / Tier 1 for This Feature?

Since the core functionality isn't currently supported via our MCPs, the tier level doesn't change that specific limitation. Basic MCP access is available on Tier 1, but it wouldn't enable this particular flow. Premium integrations typically offer better reliability or management for supported actions, not fundamentally different ones that might violate platform rules.

3. Automation for Investing Strategy?

Technically Possible, But Complex: Yes, you could build workflows to:
- Fetch market data (stock prices, indicators, news) using financial data APIs via our API Call node (requires finding and integrating APIs like Alpha Vantage, Finnhub etc.).
- Feed this data into an LLM node with prompts based on your specific technical analysis rules (e.g., "If RSI < 30 and price > 200-day MA, signal buy") or fundamental analysis criteria.
- Output the generated buy/sell signal (e.g., send a notification via Email/Slack MCP, or potentially trigger a trade via an exchange's API using the API Call node - Use extreme caution here).

Important Caveats: This requires significant setup (finding APIs, crafting reliable AI prompts), relies heavily on the quality of your data and strategy logic, and is not real-time trading. AgenticFlow is a tool, not a financial advisor, and using it for automated trading carries significant risk.

4. Usability for Non-Programmers?

Yes, mostly! AgenticFlow is designed as a no-code/low-code platform.
The visual Workflow Builder is drag-and-drop.
Using Agents with connected MCPs relies on natural language.
The Exception: Integrating services that don't have pre-built MCP actions (like maybe Builderall or specific financial APIs) will require using the more technical API Call node, which involves understanding API documentation.

Hope this gives you a clearer picture!
