May 12, 2025A: Hey Matteo77,
Yes, you can use Firecrawl's advanced AI-powered "Extract" feature (getting web data with a prompt) directly within AgenticFlow.
We provide this through two main ways:
- Dedicated Firecrawl Connection Nodes: When you set up the official Firecrawl Connection in AgenticFlow (Connections), you'll have access to dedicated nodes in the workflow builder, including a "Firecrawl Extract" node. This node specifically uses Firecrawl's AI extraction with your prompts.
- Firecrawl MCP Actions: Our Firecrawl MCP (https://agenticflow.ai/mcp/firecrawl) also includes an Extract Data action, which similarly leverages Firecrawl's AI-powered extraction based on your prompts, along with other actions like Crawl URL and Scrape Page.
So, for your use case of using a prompt to extract specific data with Firecrawl, both the dedicated "Firecrawl Extract" node (via the main Connection) or the Extract Data action (via the MCP) will let you do that directly.

thanks a lot! anyway pixelml or other famous llm should works well and I need to scrape around only 1.000 pages monthly (pixelml for now worked perfectly!) that with pixelml would cost me around 10 usd, instead firecrawl ai stars from $99/monthly minimum..
Great news to you. We are bringing WebScraper to AgenticFlow built-in so you can even use your credits for it ! https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/built-in-web-scraping

Thanks, which is the main difference between webscraper and scraping directly trough llm? Because i am using directly llm of pixelml and to me it works well to scrape data online too, maybe it is just more slow?
Ah, the different is that previously it cost Pixel ML credits but now you can use your AgenticFlow credit for it.
