Q: Hi! I’m considering Tier 4 — quick questions:
Your tool packs a lot of features :.
1. Can I serve 25 clients (1 per user), or is it just 25 total users?
2. Can clients connect their own tools (Google Docs, socials), or does it all go through my workspace?
3. Can agents/workflows be isolated per client?
4. Is usage-based billing (credits/tokens) supported?
5. Can I add my own OpenAI workflows into the boilerplate to bundle everything?
6. Should I host the boilerplate on something like ai.mydomain.com? Will clients use it as a backend, or can their site visitors access the agents?
7. If I sell a website, can I bundle this so each client connects their own OpenAI/API keys?
8. In future, can I let clients connect to their own self-hosted LLMs (e.g., via Ollama) for full data privacy?
9. What is the approx fee for the one-time multi-agent upgrade? Helps me plan

May 4, 2025A: Hey Bhiju,
Quick answers to your Tier 4 questions:
25 Users: This limit is for your team members/builders within the workspace, not your end-clients. You can serve many clients/end-users.
Client Tool Connections: Clients cannot connect their own tools directly to your workspace. All MCP connections (Google Docs, etc.) are managed centrally by you within your account.
Client Isolation: Within the single LTD workspace, true data/agent isolation isn't built-in yet (use careful naming for now). Project-level separation is on the roadmap (vote: https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/).
Usage Billing: Per-client/agent usage tracking isn't available yet (request on roadmap). Yes, monthly credits are used first, then non-expiring top-ups.
Boilerplate Customization: Yes, the boilerplate is a frontend starter; you can integrate any other API/workflow alongside AgenticFlow API calls.
Boilerplate Hosting/Use: Yes, host it on ai.mydomain.com. It serves as your branded portal for your clients to manage their specific agents/workflows you build for them. Embed agents on their public sites for their visitors.
Bundling & Client BYOK: Yes, you can bundle solutions using the API. Clients cannot connect their own BYOK keys directly into your workspace; they'd need their own AgenticFlow account, or you'd manage key handling via your custom portal.
Self-Hosted LLMs: Possible if the LLM exposes an API endpoint that our API Call node can reach. Direct Ollama/proxy integration isn't built-in, but OpenRouter BYOK support is on the roadmap (vote: https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/openrouter-byok-support).
Multi-Agent Add-on Cost: Targeting a ~$199 one-time fee, planned for Q3 2025 (vote/track: https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/multi-agent-add-on).
Hope this helps!
