A: Our WhatsApp MCP uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API over HTTPS, so all communication between AgenticFlow and Meta’s servers is encrypted with TLS. Messages on the WhatsApp channel remain end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp itself, and authentication is handled via a short-lived access token you generate in your Meta console. We don’t store any message content long-term—tokens and configuration are encrypted at rest—and you can even self-host the MCP server behind your own firewall so that no payload ever passes through a third-party.
