Q: How will you guys compete with the likes of Google and ChatGPT?
What does a 3 year runway look like? Your tool is so ambitious and from what I understand lacks polish but will you be able to get it going before others catch on. I mean I could vibecode this solution right? Give me one good reason why I can not be able to do that?

Dec 5, 2025A: Hi DigitalGrowthHacksClub,
These are the billion-dollar questions. With 866 deals, you have seen enough tools come and go to know the difference between hype and utility.
1. COMPETING WITH GOOGLE / CHATGPT?
We don't compete with them; we orchestrate them.
Think of ChatGPT/Gemini as the "Intelligence Layer" (the Brain). They are incredible at thinking.
AgenticFlow is the "Action Layer" (the Hands).
ChatGPT can write an email. AgenticFlow can detect a new lead in your CRM, research them on LinkedIn, write the email using ChatGPT, wait 2 days for a reply, and update your database. We provide the state management, the loops, and the 2,500+ API connectors that raw LLMs lack.
2. WHY NOT "VIBECODE" THIS?
You absolutely can. With Cursor/Replit, you can spin up a script to call OpenAI in an hour.
But here is the one good reason not to: Maintenance.
Vibecoding gets you a prototype. AgenticFlow gives you reliable Infrastructure.
When you build it yourself, you have to maintain the OAuth tokens for 10 tools, handle API rate limits, build the retry logic, create a UI for your non-technical team, and manage the logs.
Do you want to spend your time maintaining the "plumbing" of your internal tools, or do you want to just build the business logic and let us handle the infrastructure?
3. THE 3-YEAR RUNWAY
We are betting on "Orchestration," not the "Model War."
Our runway is built on sustainability. We don't burn cash subsidizing GPU costs (hence our transparent BYOK/PixelML model).
We are building the Operating System for the AI Workforce, the standard interface where humans manage teams of specialized agents, regardless of which model (Google vs. OpenAI) wins the intelligence race.
Best,
Sean
