Q: Issue: Missing API Key and TeamSpace ID in Dashboard
Hi Sean,
I’m trying to follow the setup shown in this video:
https://youtu.be/Rp7Yu3l_MHg?si=NCYrN_tQzMZhXKL2
and use the boilerplate here:
https://github.com/PixelML/agenticflow-boilerplate
But I’m running into a problem. I’m on Tier 4, yet I can’t find any section in the dashboard to copy the API key or the TeamSpace ID, as described in the guide.
I’ve checked all menus and dropdowns, but those options don’t appear in my interface.
Also, the “AgenticFlow Settings” link in the docs leads to a 404 error.
Could it be a plan limitation, or has the dashboard changed? I’d appreciate any help—thank you

Apr 30, 2025A: Hi dottorluca19,
You are absolutely right, and thank you for flagging this with the screenshots/video. My sincere apologies for the confusion and frustration this has caused – the API Key section is indeed not visible in the Settings right now, and the documentation links referring to the old location are outdated.
This is not a plan limitation (it affects all users, including Tier 4) and you haven't missed anything.
We have temporarily hidden the API Key generation section because we are actively implementing a significant architectural improvement based on early feedback and best practices.
Here's the change:
- Previously, API keys were generated at the user level.
- We realized that for better security, usability, and managing different projects/clients effectively within a single account, keys should be generated at the Workspace level.
- This change allows for much better data isolation between different workspaces (if you manage multiple) and provides a more secure foundation for future team and permission features.
We are working quickly to roll out this improved workspace-level API key system. We expect it to be live in the Settings section by this coming Monday / early next week.
Once it's live again:
- You'll be able to generate secure keys specific to each workspace.
- We will immediately update the documentation (including fixing the broken links) and the GitHub boilerplate guide to reflect the new, improved process.
I understand this blocks your progress on using the API and boilerplate code right now, and I truly apologize for this temporary inconvenience. We believe this architectural shift is crucial for providing a more secure and scalable platform for everyone, especially users managing multiple projects or clients.
As a Tier 4 user, please know you have priority support. Once the new API key section is back online early next week, if you need any assistance getting the boilerplate code running or setting up your integrations with the new keys, please don't hesitate to reach out again via AppSumo comments, our community forum (community.agenticflow.ai), or support@agenticflow.ai, and we'll gladly help you get going.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we roll out this important improvement.
Best regards,
Sean P.
