Q: Knowledge storage
Is the Knowledge storage per Agent ? This seems really low to be honest! How can we increase it?

The Knowledge Storage limit (e.g., 1GB for Tier 3, 2GB for Tier 4) applies to the entire workspace, not per individual agent. So, all the knowledge bases across all agents you create within that workspace share that total storage pool.
We understand this might seem low initially, especially compared to raw file sizes. However, it's important to remember this storage is primarily for the vectorized data derived from your uploaded content (like PDFs, CSVs, text files), which allows for efficient semantic search by the agents. It's not just raw file storage. Our documentation (https://docs.agenticflow.ai/data/faq#what-is-the-maximum-allowed-file-size) mentions limits like 100MB per file upload and 50k rows per data table, fitting within the overall knowledge storage.
If you find you need more Knowledge Storage than your tier provides, you can purchase additional storage as a one-time add-on. The current rate is $100 per extra GB. This add-on storage doesn't expire.
You can check your current usage and purchase add-ons in the Settings -> Usage/Billing section of your workspace.
Thank you! So this is 2GB Vector Storage and I can buy always for 100 Dollar another Lifetime 1 GB. So if I upload a PDF 50mb it counts the text then basicly this is then a lot of space compared to file size?
Yes, you're right. The 2GB limit is for the vectorized text data extracted from files like PDFs, not the raw file size. So it holds much more searchable content than 2GB of raw files would. And yes, you can buy extra lifetime GBs for $100 each if you need more space.
