Q: Reply to social media comments
Hi there,
I have tier 4 with the add on- can I use it to monitor comments and to reply to comments using my brand voice. As well as remove or delete comments. Is this possible for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat YouTube etc?

- Facebook Pages: You can monitor (List Comments) and reply (Create Comment). Deleting comments is not a listed action.
- YouTube: You can monitor and reply to comments (Create Comment Thread, Reply To Comment). Deleting is not a listed action.
- LinkedIn: You can monitor (Retrieve Comments) and reply (Create Comment). Deleting is not a listed action.
Instagram & Snapchat: The APIs for these platforms are highly restrictive for organic comment management. The provided documentation does not list actions for monitoring, replying to, or deleting comments.
