Q: Separate workspaces for multiple customers.

Hi,
you say that it is possible to use your product for multiple customers but you do not support separate workspaces.
This creates, as you wrote yourself, an operational and management complication, which is probably why many other companies include multiple workspaces in their proposal, maintaining the usage limits that are convenient for them.
How much would it cost you to introduce separate workspaces with the same usage limits or by reducing the limits?
I ask you to introduce 5/10 or more workspaces in the higher levels, as many do.
For some companies it is more important to have more workspaces and fewer users (now up to 25).
Perhaps it would be appropriate to better recalibrate the LTD offer.
Thanks

A: Hey Mancinelligf,

Thanks for this really insightful and well-reasoned feedback regarding workspaces for multiple customers. I completely understand your perspective and the operational needs of agencies or consultants managing distinct client projects.

You're absolutely right – managing multiple clients within a single workspace, even with naming conventions, isn't ideal for true data isolation, permissioning, or clean client management.

Our Current Platform Design & LTD Structure:
Our standard SaaS plans (Pro, Team, Business – which the AppSumo LTD tiers map to) are designed around a single workspace per subscription/license. This model underpins how we allocate resources (credits, storage, users) and manage access. The AppSumo LTD mirrors this structure.

Why Not Multiple Workspaces in One LTD Code?
Introducing multiple distinct, isolated workspaces under a single LTD code, even if the overall limits were shared or reduced per workspace, adds significant backend complexity for resource provisioning, cross-workspace usage tracking, and overarching user management. It's a different architectural model than our current subscription plans.

Addressing Your Needs & Future Direction:

- Improved Internal Organization (Folders): We recognize the need for better organization within a single workspace, especially for users managing many projects or internal "clients." That's why we have "Folder Organization for Workflows, Agents, Library, and Connections" on our roadmap: https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/folder-organization-for-workflows-agents-library-and-connections. This will help greatly with managing different projects or client setups within your existing workspace.
- Agency Needs & Future Offerings: Your point about some businesses valuing more distinct environments over many users in one is very valid. While the current LTD is fixed, this kind of feedback is crucial for shaping:
Potential future SaaS plans specifically designed for agencies.
Future add-ons or different types of deals if we do another campaign.
The best way to signal this need is to engage with discussions on our roadmap or start a new one like "[Feature Request] Agency Pack: X Workspaces with Y Total Limits."

Current Best Practices for Agencies with the LTD:
- Separate LTD Codes: For full, true client isolation (separate billing, data, users), a separate LTD code per client remains the most robust approach with the current deal structure.
- Boilerplate + API for a Custom Portal: If you have a high-tier LTD (like T4) and want to serve many clients under your brand from one powerful backend, using our API and the Next.js boilerplate (https://github.com/PixelML/agenticflow-boilerplate) allows you to build a multi-tenant frontend where you manage client separation in your portal's logic. AgenticFlow acts as the engine.
- Leverage Upcoming Folder Organization: Once live, folders will make managing different client setups within your single LTD workspace much cleaner, though it won't provide true data/user isolation between those "folders" in the same way separate workspaces would.

We are definitely listening to the needs of agencies. The upcoming folder organization will be a big step for internal management. For true multi-workspace offerings, that's something we'll consider for future plan structures based on continued community feedback.

Thanks for your thoughtful input – it’s incredibly valuable!

Hi,
thanks for the detailed answer.
I am interested in your product, too bad about this workspace limit.
I will follow your evolution, I hope that before leaving Appsumo changes will be made to this situation.
Other companies, after seeing that they could meet the needs of users, without increasing costs and remaining profitable, have reformulated their proposal during the current offer,

in agreement with Appsumo.
From the many comments of Appsumo users that I have read, one of the major doubts is that of the economic sustainability of the offer.

Hi we believe we have a sustainable business model that will leave us a long runway:
We build a powerful "car" AgenticFlow, customer pay for "fuel"
- Credit cover platform base, economical model support to onboard customer seemless
- BYOK: customer pay their "premium fuel" directly.
- Pixel ML OpenRouter: these are "fuel home grow"
so it's in our best interest to make the "car" the best it can be

When users purchase a LTD proposal, they do so because they believe in that company/product and hope for a long life of that product/service/company, so that everyone is happy with their situation.
Good work.

I agree with mancinelligf on all counts. personally, I would much rather have more workspaces to separate clients vs buying more T4 to unlock features that will be used by 1-2 team members. I will likely purchase for my own business with related knowledge, but purchasing multiple offers for clients is not appealing vs being able to manage from one dashboard.

Currently, Tier 4 all 25 users in the same workspace have access to everything (including editing) — workflows, agents, etc. This raises serious concerns about data integrity, security, and operational control. Upvote for more workspace or just creating permissions that each user can use, or agents can be hidden.
