Q: Tier Upgrade after Multi Agent Pre Order

- I pre-ordered the multi agent from a Tier 3 purchase. Afterwards I saw the benefits to Tier 4 owners
- Will I reap the benefits from the tier 4 plan upgrade if I upgrade AFTER the multi agent purchase, and will you refund me the $100?
