I really like AgenticFlow. The credits are fair and well-balanced, and the overall value is good for what it offers. It has strong MCP servers, and I’m pretty sure the platform is still growing and improving.

One thing I’d love to see improved is the chat experience. It would be great if, in the general chat section, we could choose an agent to chat with it directly without having to go to the Agents page every time.

Overall, it’s a solid app with strong potential, and I’m happy to have it even I wont use it much for now!

I purchased the Appsumo LTD + the multi-agent add-on because I was excited to see this work and I was impressed by the attitude and ethusiasm of the founder. And I do see potential here.

BUT: as many have said, the documentation is lacking, and the learning curve is harder to climb over than Everest. After reading some reviews here, I just want to second pretty much everything that's in this one: https://appsumo.com/products/agenticflow/reviews/agenticflow-has-5taco-potential-but-i-367369/ so I don't think I'll repeat it all here when it's perfectly laid out there.

If you are a beginner, I can't recommend this. It is way too difficult to navigate and there are easier-to-understand SAASs out there that can accomplish much of what AgenticFlow promises.

I really do hope AgenticFlow can simplify the UI/UX and get some truly noob-friendly tutorials and instructions (docs and video). If "everyone" could get past that learning curve, I think AgenticFlow would be a great asset.

BOTTOM LINE: This really could be a five-taco SAAS, but since it's so difficult to use, it isn't there yet. My three tacos are for the potential and the work that's already been put into the product, even though at this point, I haven't made any significant progress on using AgenticFlow.

I have bought many products on AppSumo, but I actually use very few of them.

I use AgenticFlow regularly and plan to fully integrate it into my workflow for both business and daily tasks.

I like the progress AgenticFlow has made during this time. That’s why I upgraded to the maximum Tier 5.

What I like:

1). Massive resources available for execution. Credits aren't deducted for every micro-action, but for the overall task completion—this is a huge plus. The documentation has been heavily overhauled in recent days, making the platform simpler and clearer for automation.

2). A sustainable business model. The product has taken a major step forward over the past year.

3). Very detailed, updated documentation. It seems the team has found an excellent way to keep it up to date.

4). Flexibility with AI models. The ability to use available credits for requests to various AIs. They aren't the most expensive top-tier models, but they handle current tasks perfectly. It's a great fit for processing necessary workloads.

5). Weekly "Office Hours." These provide product news, use cases, etc. You can genuinely see that the product is evolving and things are changing regularly.

What I don't like:

1. The major step toward accessible documentation was only taken after people started leaving negative reviews on the AppSumo page, even though there were constant complaints about this and other issues in the Discord chat.

2. Lack of detailed logs/debugging. AgenticFlow agents don't provide detailed information about errors, current actions, or logic. You have to guess why something isn't working and how to fix it. This topic was raised in Discord, and they promised to provide more info during the debugging phase. This is important to me too, as it likely is for anyone involved in development.

3. No image generation with credits. Unfortunately, monthly credits cannot be used for image generation. I understand this is due to the high actual cost, which could be a risk for the service's sustainability, but it would be extremely useful to have the ability to generate at least a few images per month—especially during the learning phase—to see and understand how the tool works. This would allow users to replicate what is shown during "Office Hours" on their own.

Pros:

Easy AI Agent Building (No Coding Needed)
Building AI agents on AgenticFlow is pretty simple. I was able to make different types of agents without needing to write code. It’s good for non-coders who want to try making AI-powered helpers that can automate tasks.

Flexibility for Power Users
The platform lets you build custom agents like AI employees, managers, or virtual assistants who can make plans, collect info, and take actions all by themselves. I liked that you get a lot of flexibility, especially with the APIs and custom workflows.

Frequent Updates & Founder Involvement
The team (especially Sean) is super active and always pushing improvements. They do weekly walkthroughs and answer questions on Discord. It feels like they care and really want to make the product better.

Active Community: There’s a growing Discord group where users share tips, troubleshoot, and get updates directly from the founder.

Rapid Updates: New features are added almost weekly, and the roadmap is openly shared so you know what’s coming next.

Helpful Support - Sometimes
When I reached out, support was friendly and helpful on many occasions. The Discord community is also pretty responsive, which made me feel less lost if I had questions.

Cons:

Platform Bugs and Instability -
There were a lot of bugs. Sometimes, my agents or chat just stopped working and I had to restart things over and over.

Learning Curve & Bad Documentation -
It was tough to understand how to use everything. The instructions and videos didn’t really help; sometimes they didn’t match what I saw on the screen.

Pay-Per-Use Model & Extra Costs -
Even after paying for the platform, I found I needed extra subscriptions for some features or agents.
