Excellent prmises, but where are they actually?
As a business owner, I purchased the AgenticFlow subscription "AppSumo Tier 4 & Multi Agent Addon" over five months ago to grow my business using all AgenticFlow features, based on the promise of significantly enhancing AI automation processes.
1)Poor Documentation:
a) The documents consist of text only, with no visuals or screenshots.
b) There are no practical examples.
c) The documents are not updated to reflect the current version or features of AgenticFlow.
d) Missing documentation: Over two weeks ago, I sent a detailed report to the support team via a dedicated Discord channel about "47 pages being empty (having NO content)." My report included the title and URL for each document page.
To this day, the documentation remains unchanged.
Platforms like Squirrly SEO provide rich and updated documentation to familiarize their users with all features.
Wouldn't it be great if the AgenticFlow team could build a multi-agent system that automatically creates detailed, visual documentation that always stays up-to-date with the latest features and updates on the AgenticFlow platform?
2)Learning Courses: AgenticFlow University Section of Documentations
a) AgenticFlow 101 (for beginners): Poor structure, lacks visuals and key content, and has no practical examples.
b) AgenticFlow 102: Advanced Automation (Not found)
c) AgenticFlow 202: AI Strategy & Leadership (Not found)
3)Muti-Agent System:
When I created specific Agents or Workflows to add to Workforce Canvas for building an application based on a Multi-Agent System, I got stuck on how to configure them to control the entire process. Specifically, I need help setting up, configuring, and managing the transfer of intermediate inputs and outputs between all Workforce Nodes.
I emailed the Technical Support Team and wrote:
"I didn’t find any (tutorial or visualized documents) that explain how to build, connect, and configure all nodes in the current version of Workforce Canvas. I need your help with this."
They responded with a YouTube video titled "MAS Feature Walkthrough: Conditions, Loops, Pause, Notes & Cloning." As you can see, I asked for "(tutorial or visualized documents) that explain how to build, and config every things of Workforce Canvas," but the response was just an overview video covering a few features.
4)Using Claude Pro to create Agent, Workflow, Multi-Agent system with natural language & Disappointing result:
After failing to find help with building and configuring Multi-Agent systems, I learned from Sean during Office Hour that Claude Pro can be used to create Agents, Workflows, and Multi-Agent systems using AgenticFlow MCP. I subscribed to Claude Pro - Extra Cost - to save time and to get promised benefits from the AgenticFlow platform. However, I was disappointed with the results.
a)When I used Claude Pro to create simple workflows, it only generated the workflow, but running it resulted in errors. I sent screenshots to Claude to resolve these issues, but it only created new workflows with different errors, consuming a lot of my Claude Pro usage limits.
b)As a last attempt, I used Claude Pro to create a (simple Agent) to generate a new Google Sheet using the Google Sheet MCP, which I had previously created. However, Claude Pro created an Agent without using the MCP.
I then created the same agent manually, and it worked, successfully creating a new Google Sheet.
c)When I asked Claude Pro to create an Application ( must be based on the "Workforce / Multi-Agent System" approach ), it didn’t create (Workforce / Multi-Agent System) but it create a sequential Workflow consists of several Agents and as usual with several error when test it.
I don't understand why they claim that Claude Pro can create Agents, Workflows, and Multi-Agent systems using AgenticFlow MCP without even testing this feature.
I respect Sean and his efforts, but it's not enough. I don’t need a 30-minute video meeting as a quick fix. Like all customers, I need comprehensive, reliable, updated, and visual learning documents to use as a ((Reference)) whenever I need them.
I hope to update my review and give AgenticFlow 5 tacos once the mentioned issues are resolved.

Nov 23, 2025Hi Amanybusiness,
Thank you for this detailed and honest feedback. While seeing a 1 star review hurts, your points regarding documentation are valid and we need to hear them.
I am reviewing your report on the empty pages with the Customer Success team right now. You are correct. We moved so fast to ship advanced features like the AI Drive/Code Execution/Claude Skills/MAS that our written documentation lagged behind. That is on us to fix.
Regarding the learning curve:
1. We are prioritizing filling those missing pages immediately.
2. In the meantime, our weekly Office Hours are the best place for visual, step by step guides.
We have shown up for 28 weeks in a row to demo these features live on stage because we know the text docs aren't enough yet.
Regarding Claude and MCP, this is cutting edge technology. Sometimes the LLM hallucinates tools or schemas. We are actively refining the system prompts to make Claude more reliable at following the AgenticFlow structure.
We are even working on a Claude Skill to help it work on AgenticFlow MCP better and open source it here https://github.com/PixelML/agenticflow-skill
We are committed to earning those 5 stars back. I hope you will give us a chance to show you the improvements in the coming weeks.
Best,
Sean
