I like the progress AgenticFlow has made during this time
I have bought many products on AppSumo, but I actually use very few of them.
I use AgenticFlow regularly and plan to fully integrate it into my workflow for both business and daily tasks.
I like the progress AgenticFlow has made during this time. That’s why I upgraded to the maximum Tier 5.
What I like:
1). Massive resources available for execution. Credits aren't deducted for every micro-action, but for the overall task completion—this is a huge plus. The documentation has been heavily overhauled in recent days, making the platform simpler and clearer for automation.
2). A sustainable business model. The product has taken a major step forward over the past year.
3). Very detailed, updated documentation. It seems the team has found an excellent way to keep it up to date.
4). Flexibility with AI models. The ability to use available credits for requests to various AIs. They aren't the most expensive top-tier models, but they handle current tasks perfectly. It's a great fit for processing necessary workloads.
5). Weekly "Office Hours." These provide product news, use cases, etc. You can genuinely see that the product is evolving and things are changing regularly.
What I don't like:
1. The major step toward accessible documentation was only taken after people started leaving negative reviews on the AppSumo page, even though there were constant complaints about this and other issues in the Discord chat.
2. Lack of detailed logs/debugging. AgenticFlow agents don't provide detailed information about errors, current actions, or logic. You have to guess why something isn't working and how to fix it. This topic was raised in Discord, and they promised to provide more info during the debugging phase. This is important to me too, as it likely is for anyone involved in development.
3. No image generation with credits. Unfortunately, monthly credits cannot be used for image generation. I understand this is due to the high actual cost, which could be a risk for the service's sustainability, but it would be extremely useful to have the ability to generate at least a few images per month—especially during the learning phase—to see and understand how the tool works. This would allow users to replicate what is shown during "Office Hours" on their own.

Dec 1, 2025Hi there,
Thank you so much for upgrading to Tier 5 and for this incredibly balanced review. It means a lot to see you recognizing the progress we have made.
I want to address your "What I don't like" points with total honesty:
1. DOCUMENTATION & RESPONSE TIME
You are absolutely right. We learned this the hard way through the recent negative reviews, and we should have handled it sooner based on the Discord feedback. It is a lesson we have taken to heart.
Our theme for December is strictly "Back to Basics." We are shifting focus entirely to Documentation, Onboarding Materials, and Platform Stability to ensure the user experience finally matches the platform's power.
2. IMAGE GENERATION
You are spot on, it requires expensive dedicated compute nodes, which is why it's hard to bundle sustainably.
However, we have some good news on the horizon: We operate a separate B2C platform (QuickQR Art) that has its own GPU infrastructure. We are exploring ways to share that spare compute with AgenticFlow users next year. This would allow us to offer some included image generation at a sustainable cost.
Thank you for holding us accountable and helping shape the platform into what it needs to be.
Best,
Sean
