Think it thru
I bought the highest tier of this LTD in the hopes of building 2 separate agentic workflows for my business which involves 3 to 4 agents in each. After spending good amount of time, I realized that it was way more complicated than they made out in their description. The CEO answered me on discord that the next upgrade will handle it better so I should buy their next feature separately. There are so many other products in market now that allow you to do the same but I wanted to lockin the LTD to save the recurring fees. But they're greedy and always asking for upgrade so had to take a full refund. This was earlier this year. So beware before you buy. I am getting fed up with App Sumo to push these deals and losing money on them.

Nov 22, 2025Hello there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I respect your decision to refund earlier this year, but I want to clarify a few points for you and others reading this regarding the "complexity" and the "upgrade."
1. TIMING & IMPROVEMENT
You mentioned this experience was from "earlier this year." In the fast-moving AI world, 4-5 months is a lifetime. Since your refund, we have released massive updates to simplify the UI/UX. We have also shown up for "Office Hours" for 28 weeks in a row to teach users how to build complex flows step-by-step.
You can see our consistency here: https://www.youtube.com/@AgenticFlow/videos
2. THE "GREEDY" COMMENT & MULTI-AGENT SYSTEM
I want to be very clear: The Multi-Agent System (MAS) was never part of the original AppSumo scope. It is an Enterprise-grade feature (usually expensive) that allows visual orchestration.
We created it as an optional add-on specifically because the Community requested it. It is not "greedy" to charge for a massive new infrastructure feature that wasn't in the deal you bought; it is how we ensure the company remains sustainable for the long term.
See this request from community here: https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/multi-agent-add-on
3. WHAT WAS POSSIBLE
Even without that add-on, you absolutely could (and still can) design separate agents to call each other via Workflows on the standard plan. The add-on just makes the orchestration smoother and visual.
We wish you the best with your next tool, but we stand by our commitment to delivering value sustainably.
Best,
Sean
