I’ve been diving deep into AgenticFlow recently and I have to say — this is where the future is headed. The MCP (Multi-Component Prompting) approach is a game-changer, and the team at AgenticFlow clearly gets it.

What used to take me a whole bunch of nodes in tools like Activepieces (which I still use for some stuff, to be honest), now takes literally two clicks, because the AI agent already understands which tools to use and how. That level of simplicity is incredible. It’s like the automation knows what you want before you finish explaining it.

That said, I’ll be honest — the workflows were a bit tricky for me at first. They work differently compared to traditional automation platforms like n8n or Activepieces, and maybe it’s just me being hard-headed, but it took a bit to wrap my brain around the logic.

If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be server stability with MCPs — sometimes they fail or time out. But during a call with Sean, he explained clearly that the team is actively working on this, and I could feel the dedication. Honestly, I really believe in the process they’re building.

I’m already integrating AgenticFlow into my business in a very real way — it’s actually running under the hood of a very ambitious project I’m building for my father’s company.
