Why i asked for a refund
I believe that the features currently being introduced as add-ons should have been part of the core app from the start. The setup process is not straightforward, especially for newcomers without a programming background. While AI is supposed to simplify tasks, the complicated workflow required to build an agent from scratch can be discouraging for beginners.
This tool seems best suited for users who are already familiar with setting up agents. To make the platform truly usable, you need to purchase the higher-tier plans, as the first and second tiers are very limited. For basic tasks like building scripts or handling simple requests, I find that tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini offer much better value at the lower tiers. In contrast, the lower tiers here are both too basic and unnecessarily complicated.
For example, with Abbacus Chat LLM, you can simply ask the agent what you need, and it will guide you step-by-step—no need to set up everything from scratch. The user experience here feels unpolished and not very user-friendly. Moreover, the cost of the higher tiers is hard to justify; it could take five to ten years to recoup your investment, depending on your usage. Abbacus Chat LLM, by comparison, is only $10 per month for basic features.
If you need to do something more advanced, this platform might be useful, but only if you already know how to set up agents, as the tutorials are lacking. Even then, I’ve seen other solutions online that are less buggy and more intuitive.
Overall, I don’t think this product is worth the price. For what they’re charging, I should be able to simply sign in, describe what I want, and have the bot guide me through the setup process seamlessly. At its current state, it’s not user-friendly enough to be considered true AI assistance.
Not only was I disappointed with Agentic Flow's AI agent, but their automated e-mail system failed to recognize that I had already refunded their product a week ago due to dissatisfaction. To add insult to injury, they even tried to upsell me on a multi-level agent, despite the fact that I was no longer a customer. Pretty bad that a company who is selling an A.I. service doesn't have an A.I. that's smart enough to determine i was a customer who was already refunded a week ago. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and unimpressed with their service.

May 20, 2025Hi Asrivarde,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review—we hear you loud and clear, and I want to personally apologize for the frustration you experienced.
You're absolutely right: AI should simplify, not complicate. We clearly have a long way to go in making AgenticFlow more intuitive and beginner-friendly, and your feedback highlights real gaps we’re actively working to fix—especially around setup guidance, onboarding, and smarter agent-building.
We also deeply regret the email mishap after your refund. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve already reviewed our internal system to prevent this in the future.
We’ve reached out to you privately with a sincere apology and a 3-month Pro plan offer—no strings attached—along with a direct link to speak with me if you're open to it.
To others reading: we value all feedback, even the tough ones like this, because it pushes us to build a better product. If you've ever felt stuck or let down, we want to hear from you too. Our team is listening. Send us an email support@agenticflow.ai.
