Q: Support reliability

Support from your products - Agiled, SchedulingKit - has been really poor lately. What’s being done to improve response rates and times??? Resolving theses issues would encourage buyers to get more stacks.

We are trying our best to be as much as responsive as possible on the support channels.

But there can be unwanted delays or mistakes sometimes. People are getting replies within few minutes as well.

We are working to make sure these unwanted delays etc are minimum.
