I use Slack daily for work. I have been looking for something to manage workflows on Slack for the longest time and I am happy that I come across this finally. I'm still learning my way through the app but so far it looks great and I can find what I need. Support has been helpful, too!

Room for improvement: more app integrations! I am a heavy integrately.com (Zapier alternative) user. It'll be perfect if there's an integration for it.
