Ahsuite - Plus exclusive Reviews

Not what I was looking for specifically but the functionality and app worked great for others. For me it was a bit too complex.

I recently stumbled upon Ahsuite after having issues with another client portal and collaboration tool. And I'm so glad that I did because it is a far superior tool than the other one. I've only been using it for a short time, but so far I have been very impressed!!

Here's just a few of the things that I like:
1. The custom domain and white labeling is a great feature and just took a few easy steps to get it setup. Most emails go to my client from my own domain.

2. I love being able to create "Conversations" between me and my clients or team members. My client receives the message via email and can either reply right there or within the portal... and either way the messages are recorded.

3. I like that anything that my client can see has a little "halo" on it, otherwise the item is private or shared between me and team members. I simply click a button or check a box to include my client.

4. I can have an unlimited number of clients and can include their site logo in the portal.

5. The mobile site is much better than I expected.

6. The task manager is very intuitive and segments tasks by client, which keeps things nice and organized

7. I can customize many features of an individual client portal or all client portals if I want. For example, I can reorder, add and rename tabs on the left navigation and just click a button to have any changes applied to existing clients.

I'm hoping the team adds a few more branding options to the existing choices and also adds the ability to customize email templates.

So far support has been excellent and very responsive. I'm so glad that I stumbled upon Ahsuite!

This team is honestly amazing to work with. I am based in China and I always have trouble with different software that has some parts built on google like google captcha etc. Usually, there are so many services I have had to refund for this very reason.....but the ahsweet team did the best to help me even if I was just one customer and it helped!. my client portal looks real now and that's thanks to them

Things I love
- you can embed anything!.....literally anything!......
- unlimited memory ( you never have to worry about going over a limit)
-unlimited clients and users
- the password manager
A lot more

Things I wish we could have

- a mobile app experience with push notifications to easily reach our clients easily fro, anywhere)
- the ability to make payments and invoices (which I think they said is already in the pipeline )- competing client portals like suitedash have these functions and I have honestly considered getting them simply because of how centralized they make the process.......it would also be really great if we could list or products and services along with subscriptions and then people could buy automatically
- I wish there was a way to embed the client portal signup page to my website homepage......its a bit tedious that after I get a lead on my website, after signing a form they are then directed to ahsweet and have to enter many details again, it would be great if the steps could be made a lot less and if there were automated ways of creating a client profile that would be awesome
-more automation in general..... We really need more ways to make tasks seamless,, I haven't seen we hooks or an API yet (maybe I don't know where to look)
- a way to customize the lotties that people see when they get into the portal, for now, the color schemes may be a bit inconsistent with branding, it would also be cool if we could edit embed borders
-A client dashboard, showing which products of ours they are using and how long they have left, with the ability to add up sells and down sells
- a better page building experience for it's landing page.....it would be great to customize more in terms of colours and logos etc, maybe even embed our own forms and testimonials on the homepage so we can automate more stuff

There is a lot that I want from this product and that I think it has the ability to achieve, however, the reason I still give it 5 stars is that support is stellar.........and they actually do what they promise really well. I have been tempted to get competing portals due to the fact that they offer some of the functions I mentioned wanting above......it would be awesome if we could see a timeline on their roadmap, to see what they are doing first and prioritizing. Ahsuite is a great program that solves a lot of problems. The multi-screen ability to make components through embedding is awesome. I can pre-arrange client journeys, experiences, and workflows. 10 Tacos.

If you are an agent and you want to have a portal for a smooth interaction and connection between your company and your clients, then this Ahsuite Platform is a must-have! I can only highly recommend it. My questions have been answered very quickly! That’s very impressive.
